Why do so many young people drop out of faith and what can families, churches and youth and children's ministries do about it? Since 2020, Al James has been thinking about, talking about, writing about and researching faith that lasts beyond high school. This think tank will be a great opportunity to wrestle with the youth ministry and church practices that, under God, correlate with lasting faith - drawing especially on recent research using 2021 NCLS data.
